GROUP FITNESS

There is strength in numbers. True statement, especially in our group classes. Want to know what is even better? They are packed with not-afraid-to-sweat people who will inspire and push you. These classes are a supervised program, designed to improve strength, power, build muscle and change body composition. This is a very unique training system that has been developed by the dub fitness coaching staff. The sessions cater for people of all levels

BOOTCAMP
"What if I'm not very physically fit?"  Nobody.. Not a single person will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Ages 16+ and all abilities are welcome. You will inspire, and be inspired by others.










DUB YOGA
This all levels class is a perfect balance of strengthening your body and mind. As you intentionally link breath with movement, you will be guided through a series of postures designed to help increase strength, flexibility and relieve tension.










PERSONAL TRAINING
You're a lone wolf. A renegade. We get you. That's why we have so many individual workout options available. Want to throw the Kettlebells around? No problem. Want to go for a quick 5-miler? You chart your fitness course and we'll be your compass.

 









YOUTH FITNESS
Using activities that kids naturally enjoy, our youth fitness program is safe, fun and energetic. A variety of games are uses to focus on the basic physical skills. These workouts are tailored to the unique needs of your child; which helps them stay active and healthy.

BEACH BOOTCAMP
​During the summer season this bootcamp is a  1-hour class enjoyed on various New Jersey beaches. These bootcamps involve strength & endurance exercise using only your body weight. You'll enjoy a variety of full body exercises in the sand!











CHARITY BOOTCAMPS
​Charity bootcamps are a win-win-win! Raising money for a charity or are you training to race for a charity. Our sole mission is to give back! Contact us to host your charity event today!
