These classes are a supervised program, designed to improve strength, power, build muscle and change body composition. "What if I'm not very physically fit?" Nobody.. Not a single person will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Ages 16+ and all abilities are welcome. You will inspire, and be inspired by others.
This all levels class is a perfect balance of strengthening your body and mind. As you intentionally link breath with movement, you will be guided through a series of postures designed to help increase strength, flexibility and relieve tension.
You're a lone wolf. A renegade. We get you. That's why we have so many individual workout options available. Want to throw the Kettlebells around? No problem. Want to go for a quick 5-miler? You chart your fitness course and we'll be your compass.
Using activities that kids naturally enjoy, our youth fitness program is safe, fun and energetic. A variety of games are uses to focus on the basic physical skills. These workouts are tailored to the unique needs of your child; which helps them stay active and healthy.
During the summer season this bootcamp is a 1-hour class enjoyed on various New Jersey beaches. These bootcamps involve strength & endurance exercise using only your body weight. You'll enjoy a variety of full body exercises in the sand!
